There are several reasons that can be attributed to NPP’s and MICR’s success. But if I was to point out a single reason for our success in the long-run, it would be our extraordinary focus on customer service. It has been our strength and competitive advantage. It is a matter of great accomplishment to serve 587 branches of almost 98% of banks and financial institutions in the U.A.E. And to serve them consistently on a daily basis, is a bigger achievement for NPP. Every month nearly 100 million security documents are produced and dispatched from our premises, and I can proudly state that never in the history of NPP has there been an interruption in our services. Be it the pre-press, press or post-press services, our representatives are always happy to help and meet the requirements of our clients.

In the long journey that has seen NPP grow from a small organization to a group of companies, we have transformed from being just an organization to become brand NPP. A brand that is synonymous with quality and service. And it is the contribution and support of our every client and supplier, that we stand here today. Not to forget, the hardwork and dedication of every staff member that has ever served NPP. I would like to take this opportunity to thank all those who are behind NPP’s and MICR’s success.

To our clients I just have one message. NPP will always stay committed to provide the best to its customers.
